Seneca Dairy Systems is a manufacturer and distributor of dairy equipment serving farms throughout North America. As Marketing & Digital Media Specialist, I worked across marketing, product management, content production, and website development initiatives to improve how customers discovered, researched, and purchased products online. The project involved coordinating digital assets, organizing large volumes of product information, and helping create an e-commerce experience that reflected the company's expertise and product quality.

A primary focus of the project was supporting the development and expansion of the company's e-commerce platform. Working with product data, categories, navigation systems, and merchandising strategies, I helped structure a growing catalog containing hundreds of products spanning dairy equipment, ventilation systems, gates, lockups, calf products, and automation solutions. Particular attention was given to product discoverability, category organization, and customer usability to create a streamlined purchasing experience.

Beyond the website itself, I developed digital marketing materials used across sales, advertising, social media, trade shows, and customer communications.
